Ultrasoft Money 3.2 (10/15/2002)

This update includes the following enhancements and fixes:

• Money 2003 support

• Improved filtering of "unaccepted" electronically downloaded transactions.

• Support for batched E-pay transactions (requires Money 2003). Click here for more information.

• New "Cleared Balance" option lets you see your account balance including only cleared and reconciled transactions in the Register view.

• New BillMinder "Choose Date" balance option let you see the projected account balance on a selected date in the Upcoming Bills & Deposits view.

• New BillMinder preference "New bills are Once Only" lets you create one-time payments by default, rather than recurring bills.

Ultrasoft Money 3.1.2 (6/11/2002)

This update contains the following bug fixes:

• HOT FIX: If a paycheck or split bill was recorded on the handheld, an intermittent timing problem would occasionally duplicate the split items as separate, undated transactions.

• Exchange rates updated in Microsoft Money were not reflected on the handheld device.

• Certain newly-created bill series would not show up in the preview list on the handheld.

• Currencies with no currency symbol would not synchronize.

Ultrasoft Money 3.1.1 (5/18/2002)

This update contains the following bug fixes:

• HOT FIX: One-time payments recorded on the Palm OS handheld computer were not synchronized.

• If several one-time payments were created on the handheld at once, some would be doubled-up in Microsoft Money during synchronization.

• The current account selection was incorrectly reset after each HotSync operation.

Ultrasoft Money 3.0.4 (9/30/2001)

This update includes the following enhancements and fixes:

• HOT FIX: Corrects a compatibility problem in the Reporter add-in module that would cause a Fatal Error when viewing certain graphs. The problem affected only Palm III devices running Palm OS® 3.0.

• On color devices, negative account balances for unsupported account types are no longer displayed as overdrawn.

Ultrasoft Money 3.0.3 (9/28/2001)

This update includes the following enhancements and fixes:

• HOT FIX: Version 3.0.2 introduced a bug whereby transactions recorded in the Unfiled account could cause synchronization to fail.

• Sorting by check number did not work in the Register view.

• If a payee was used on both platforms, a warning message was displayed in the HotSync log. The message has been removed.

Ultrasoft Money 3.0 (9/2/2001)

Version 3.0 of Ultrasoft Money contains a large number of new features and fixes.

• Support for Microsoft® Money 2002

• New FAST synchronization conduit

• Enhanced support for color Palm OS devices

• More options to download less data

• Select which individual accounts will be synchronized

• Unlimited number of accounts

• Display transaction amounts or running balance

• Overdraft alerts

• Unlimited currencies (requires optional Currency add-in module)

• unsynchronized transactions highlighted

• Optional "Status" column in register view shows Reconciled/Cleared status.

• Display transaction categories or classifications in the register view.

• Sizeable columns (tap-and-hold the form title to activate or deactivate the resize toolbar)

• Transaction filtering allows you to quickly find the data you want to see

• Flag transactions for later follow-up

• Scroll through transaction and account detail views (use the up/down buttons on your handheld's casing)

• "New" button in Transaction and Account detail forms

• "Sticky" new transaction type for each account (e.g. tapping "New" always creates a "Check" in your checking account, or a "Deposit" in your savings account).

• "Balance Adjust" lets you insert an adjusting transaction, or change the account's opening balance so that the balance on a particular date is correct.
